Vehicle description
1989 Dodge Dakota Sport convertible
Bought this beautiful truck a couple months ago for running errands to Home Depot and hauling parts and supplies for my VW shop (photos taken there) while enjoying work w/the top down. Drove it back from the Mopar shop in South Carolina (about 1,200 miles) and enjoyed some vacation time along the way. Just too nice a truck to use for work, so keeping my Smart car for the errands and my old VW Bus for the hauling. Cruises nice & so comfortable to drive. Too hot the other day so put the top up in literally 5-seconds at a red light and the cold A/C felt great. Really turns heads and lots of c onversations with folks at intersections and the gas pump. "Did you cut the top off"? Nope, that was Chrysler"s idea.
Dual chrome tip exhaust, it sounds so good Runs out strong Factory sport rims w/original center caps Recent OEM top Good rubber all around All paperwork and original window sticker Glove box manuals Factory AM/FM/CD/Cassette serviced & added Auxiliary connection on face A few oil drips underneath Not perfect, but very straight & clean rust free truck Clear FL title in my name My Classic car insurance is through SafeCo
Drive it home Questions, just ask No warranty, sold as is, almost 30-years old Driven still so miles may increase a bit
