1988 Toyota Pickup Xtracab DLX 4 1988 Toyota Pickup Xtracab DLX 4x4 5spd EFI Restored
I bought this truck in mid 2004 and kept it in the hanger. We drove it around the airport. Decided to restore it mid 2018 and here it is;
Fresh engine 2019 New transmission (new owner is welcome to the one that came out of it) 2019 New Clutch 2019 Fresh Motul Gear 300 Lubricants for the transfer case and rear diff. 2020 New fuel tank, genuine Toyota fuel pump, fuel level sender unit, low fuel indicator signal transmitter 2019 (Did not want to take any chances on fuel and metal) New front end suspension components, including pitman arm, tie rod inner / outer ends and more 2019 Full Bilstein 5300 suspension (Same ones that come on newer TRD models) 2020 New Tires (original size for this truck) 2020 New brake master cylinder 2019 GPS, DVD, Bluetooth stereo with back up cam (needed the back up camera for tight fitting in the hanger) Original Paint, just waxed it. EFI (modern fuel injection model) makes more power, more reliable, more efficient and it eliminates having to clean carburetors.
It is registered to me and ready for the next owner. I need the room in the hanger for a new plane we bought. She runs great and ready to be driven cross country. I did install a tow bar and will include it with the sale. It can be attached and towed to it’s new home with any light duty truck or an RV. Driving it will be way more fun.
