Vehicle description
Please ask any questions prior to bidding, and please. . serious inquiries only, thanks. For auction is this beautiful Ferrari 328 GTS replica built on a last production year 1988 Pontiac Fiero 2.8L V6, timing chained (not belts so no maintenance there), 5 speed T-Top (glass tops can be stored behind the seats), fiberglass body, car is red, interior is gray, rear spoiler, low 35k miles (yes, original miles), interior is stock Fiero except for Ferrari Momo leather steering wheel, Koni shocks, red poly bushings, little to no under-rust, new distributor in 2016 set at stock 5 degrees, new steering rack 2017, wires plugs, working lights (may need some maintenance/adjusting), working cruise control, working gauges, starts right up; new 3SDM wheels and badge (nice and retro, not ESM that will never look right!), the tires have good tread but not a good tire brand/rubber (Triangle), the radio works, speakers are shot. It has clean looking $200 faux-leather padded seat covers, seats under are in great condition except for a 1 inch upper seam separation by drivers side door. I will include a felt-lined outdoor waterproof sun-reflective custom gray cover, new brakes and rotors in 2016, new radiator 2014 or so, works perfectly, I have invoices for what I"ve done recently, including new alternator belt, new a/c compressor belt. .Unfortunately with the new ac belt, the tension damaged the ac compressor clutch bearing just this past June. Professionally re-welded rear tail-pipes, this July, it is the original exhaust which sounds awesome! The car was also just aligned this June. The car is in pretty good shape for its age, it is not cosmetically perfect, but very nice! NY registered and titled, 2019 NY State inspection, I only run 90+ octane, and regular oil (no synthetic: if someone says they run synthetic with this engine, I"d be concerned.) car just had oil change this June. Car does not burn oil, engine has great compression. I have new heater box but the heat is not really used so it"s currently bypassed. Drivers side window regulator has a slight rattle when the window is all the way down. Overall, the car runs great, smooth fast acceleration, nice downshifting, and amazing handling, it easily cruises at 80 mph with foot barely on the gas. You can easily add Ferrari fender badges, and interior logos to customize how you"d like it. I"m selling because we are relocating and unfortunately we will not have room for it. I am also selling the car locally and will reserve the right to end the auction early, however I will do my best to honor the E-bay auction. Again, please ask any questions prior to bidding, and please. . serious inquiries only, thanks.
