Vehicle description

This 1988 GMC V3500 (K30) 4x4 Dually was purchased new by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and used by a marine biologist to tow his work boat around north central Florida. Note the unit number on the frame and inventory tags on the steerign column! Since retirement this fine old GMC has undergone a cosmetic restoration including a repaint in original FWC Green, new upholstery and mechanical work as needed.
The 6.2L Diesel mill starts right up every time regardless of weather conditions, backed by a 3 speed automatic transmission and part time 4x4 transfer case this diesel performs in all conditions. New exhaust has also been fit.
The gorgeous exterior was refinished under previous ownership in its original FWC Green. The paint shows extremely well, at the same time new bumpers, chrome grille and lights were fit all the way around this GMC. FWC Green is a specific color only used by the FWC which makes this an extremely rare truck! The factory wheels have been refinished and fit with new Cooper A/T Tires.
The interior has been reupholstered in factory colors and is in excellent shape. All the factory gauges and lights work as they should.
This is one of the most unique trucks we have had to date! Likely the only FWC K30/V3500 left in existence.
