Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1988 Ford Mustang is an original. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes 70MM throttle body/EGR spacer, flowmaster exhaust with BBK X-pipe, mass air conversion Exterior This is an factory ordered Special Service Package (SSP) Mustang LX Coupe, ordered by and sold at Damerow Ford in 5.0/5 speed , OregonNice original paint, not perfect by any means but absolutely no rust, rot or filler. This is an extremely clean mostly original car. Interior The interior is complete and everything works as it should, the carpet has some stains, but looks decent. The doors were both completely gone through, all bushings and seal, felt and weather stripping was replaced, along with new door pin hinges and strikers. The doors need to be adjusted, I just never got around to it because I’d planned on replacing the hinge springs at the same time. The original blue fabric seats will also go with the car. The current GT seats are very nice and all the power features work. Quarter windows are pretty nice, not crusty. Engine Mostly stock and original engine runs great, doesn’t burn oil or smoke, or over heat. A/C blows cold, heat works great. I converted it to mass air using an actual ‘89 mass air ECU harness and ECU, no wire splicing. I added a 70mm throttle body as well, but all the original parts, including the factory SSP oil cooler will go with the car. The mechanical issue is that the rear main seal has a very small leak, which is causing a little oil to get in the fly wheel. Deposits are nonrefundable. Created on the Motors app
