Up for Auction: I wont end it early, sorry.
DRIVETRAIN: under the hood is the original 5.4L EFi
engine w/ an auto trans. All the 4x4 stuff is intact and
seems to work fine. Watch the video to hear how it runs
and drives. It feels like something isnt 100% because it
doesnt seem to have the throttle response it should. Timing
could be off, havent checked that yet, but kinda what it
feels like. Has new plugs and wires and a new cat too.
The truck did sit for about 6 months, so maybe the injectors
got dirty. When cold it takes a few tries to get it started.
Once warmed up, it starts up easier during the day.
From the cat back is new with what looks like a Flowmaster
muffler, BUT whoever did the new after the cat and hung
it all did a horrible job, and will prob should be redone soon.
Also there is a REAR ANTILOCK BRAKE light on on the dash,
not sure why. Brakes feel okay though when driving it around.
Mileage on the odometer shows about 51k, not sure if its
turned over or not.
INTERIOR: take a look at pics, its unrestored and shows
a little better then avg wear and tear. Check out all the pics.
All the gauges seem to work in the cluster and AC blows cool
but not cold, driving it around the other day when it was 90
out here. Aftermarket CD player works nice. Power rear window
not working, sorry, so cant drop the tailgate at the moment.
Odometer shows I think just about 95k miles on it, which could be original. Ft seats and carpet show the most wear. Ft power windows
both work. Az has done some sun damage, but the windows are
tinted. Dash and dome lights work fine.
This truck has been in AZ pretty much its whole life, except
for about a yr in Colorado. Comes with a few keys.
EXTERIOR: you are looking at 30+ yrs of what the Az sun
can do to paint. Body is very straight for its age, not even
any door dings. No rot on the floors, rockers or body. Much
nicer when compared to others this old on the east coast or midwest.
No top or doors. Windshield I think has a small crack down low
on the Pass side. Its a daily driver that with a little work and some
restoration, would be a well worthwhile investment, as we know
their values are on the rise more each yr. It has some cool period
correct mods from the late 80s. As you can see in the pics too,
some of the side moldings and emblems are missing. All the lights
seem to be working outside here too. Blinkers work, but you
have to hold the stalk to keep them on.
SUSPENSION: the suspension looks pretty much like the way
it came from the factory and complete. Looks to have factory
dual front shocks up. Wheels are old chrome spokes with some nice
31" BFG All Terrains. Rides and drives decent down the road for
an older Bronco. Spare mounted on the back.
Warn locking hubs up front pretty sure are factory.
Check out ALL 100+ the pics below - - -> it may take a full minute for them all to load if you have a slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll bar on the right side.
Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate. more info AFTER the pics etc. There are 100+ large pics.
Probably The BEST represented Broncos on Ebay.
Shows you all the good as well as any bad.
We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars. People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for weeks.
Survivors are getting harder to find !
Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating. People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers.
Email us with ANY questions before you bid please
Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. We show you as much feasibly possible via pics.
Dont let auctions with little to no pics fool you.
If they cant take pics of areas under the car they are
selling, maybe its not the best car to buy long distance, and you really dont know what to expect
until you take the car apart. While we go over our cars with great pics to help making your decision easier.Along with ANY other questions you may have.
Email me for a quote for shipping.
