Vehicle description
1988 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62.
Purchased in early 2018. I have kept it in a garage out of inclement weather. Still features the original fuel-injected 4.0L 3F-E straight-six.
Serviced by Land Cruiser Specialist and Rising Sun Automotive.
Changes since Previous Owner:
• 4X4LABS expedition double swing out bumper with tire holder
• Installed new a/c compressor, replaced R134, replaced condenser unit and hoses
• Replaced radiator
• Rebuilt full exhaust and installed two Catalytic converters
• Installed Manafre Long Range Replacement Fuel Tank
• Removed and replaced side cover gasket, oil pan gasket
• Transfer case rebuild
• Removed and replaced water pump
• Replaced Thermostat and Resealed Thermostat Housing
• Replaced Tie Rod Ends and Drag Links
• Removed and Replaced Fan Clutch
• Replaced and installed Hella Horns
Recent general check up on April 22nd 2021 by Land Cruiser Specialists.
Notes:
• There is a rust under the passenger and driver side footwell (noted in pictures). Note, I don"t drive the FJ62 in the rain and it hasn"t spread.
• Passenger power windows are operational
• Driver side power window sometimes doesn"t run
