-1988- Imported from UK and before Corona hit the world, it has been rebuild with new paint, new interior, brakes, clutch, suspention, all brake and clutch lines, master cylinders, dash, guages, carpet, sound proofing, drive shafts, bearings front and back, headliner. . . too many to mention, practically new car, no rust, original and very strong engine, transmission and diff. This car was not built for profit, no money speared, it was a gift for my daughters wedding and has been built with a lot of care and love, after complications which took over 15 months I discovered that this car can be registered in California but due to all the silly, tough and unfair rules and regulations, it has to go through a whole lot of process, I am certain that it will sail through the smog inspection but for California it is not enough, I don"t have the time to go through this, if someone has the time and expertise, it can be registered in California, other than that, it can be registered in many other states that don"t have all this unfair demands for registration a car, they were happy to take my $1500 but when it comes to it, they ask for a million different documents and verifications. Amazing car to drive, very fun and funky.
