7 Day Auction Ending Monday September 24 (NO RESERVE): Hard to find Short Wheel Base Cargo Van. 1988 Chevrolet G10 ( only offered G20 for listing). Electronic Fuel Injected 4.3 V6 with 4 speed manual shift. Always in Texas, no rust on body or floors (just surface rust underneath). New Tires. Original Paint (lots of touch up), all the panels match up, does not appear to have been wrecked anywhere, a few bumps here & there (see pictures). Consistently flat (a lot of folks seem to like that) but could be buffed or clear coated to a shine. Good glass, slight wiper scratch on passenger side lower windshield. Dash isn"t cracked but blue laminated surface is separating in some spots. Rubber weather stripping in doors will need to be replaced. No Air Conditioning (add a roof unit?). Driver"s door latch sticks sometimes, if you"re familiar with these, you"re familiar with what I mean (I think there"s a little spring that would need replacing). Great blank slate for Hippie Van Conversion with a porthole window and mural down the side! Shows 77k miles on 5 digit odometer - speedometer works but odometer does not, sold as "miles exempt" due to age. Clear Texas Title. I drive this van on occasion and drives fine on both highways and city roads. I do not have a "buy it now" price and will let the auction play out.
