“Rare color combo. Satin Black Metallic Very nice original 944 turbo. Serviced its whole life at the world famous Rennwerke Porsche in New York since day one. No expense was spared throughout the whole life of the car. The 1st owner was a very well known attorney in NY. The second owner didn’t put any miles on it but was regularly serviced at Rennewerke. The reason was he owned the building Rennewerke is in. The belts were changed in 2018, only 40 miles have been put on the odometer. Tires are from 2012 and still have the writing on the tread. The car needs nothing. There are 2 dash cracks in front of the steering wheel easily fixed. I wanted to keep it original. Also it had some paint work in the 90’s - no accident just a very picky owner that wanted rock chips fixed.” |

Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1987 Porsche 944 is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great. The AC works great! I was limited to 24 pictures so I tried to pick the most important ones. I added the carfax. The carfax follows the mileage through all the years , which is very rare for a 951. Also this 951 doesn’t have a dash cap covering hidden damage. The pictures in the listing make the cracks look worse than they are. I would rather show the faults so there’s no surprises when you get it. Buying a car like this should be exciting not regrettable. Seller"s Notes Rare color combo. Satin Black Metallic Very nice original 944 turbo. Serviced its whole life at the world famous Rennwerke Porsche in New York since day one. The same shop that works on all of Jerry Seinfeld"s Porsche"s even his 959. No expense was spared servicing this car. The previous owner had a very large car collection. This 944 didn"t get driven very often but was serviced like no other. The previous owner owned the building Rennewerke occupies. Tires are from 2012 and still have the writing on the tread and are like new. Brakes and rotors are in almost new condition. The car needs nothing. There are 2 dash cracks in front of the steering wheel that will be fixed by this weekend . The car had some paint work in the 90’s - no accident just a very picky owner that wanted rock chips fixed. The car shifts through every gear flawlessly. It is the tightest 944 I have ever driven! The clutch works great without any slippage There isn"t any rust or corrosion. I just bought a 996 Turbo and need more room is the only reason I"m selling it! I have two cars listed for sale. I only need to sell one for the space needed, whatever car sells first the other one will be removed. I had a mechanic stop by to inspect the timing belts a week ago ,he found the timing belt to be in excellent condition and the tension on the belt was perfect. The timing belt is dated 2016. . I added pictures of the timing belt inspection. Also all suspension parts are in great condition. The steering rack is very tight. There are absolutely no fluid leaks any where. The washer cap fell down under the tank, a new one is ordered. Exterior Interior Engine Created on the Motors app
