This is a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive model and is fun to drive. The odometer shows just over 68k but I"m unsure of the accuracy since I"ve only owned the car for a little over 2 years and it was the bouncing at the time I bought it. I do not know the background of the car but the car runs and looks great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Much work has been done recently to the car. It runs well and will make a great car for someone looking to have a low priced Porsche. It has a sunroof, new Clutch and newly rebuilt transmission (1 year prior to my purchase according to the previous owner), new rear shocks, new 19” wheels and tires, recently polished paint to the entire car. The interior leather is in very good condition and has a new car smell. The back seats are in very good shape, carpet is in good condition with new floor mats, and the dash has no cracks. I kept a cover on it to keep it from cracking as seen inthe pictures. AC runs cool, heater works well. It has a new Double-Dinn radio with GPS Navigation, Bluetooth, DVD, SD, and USB as well. A lot has been done but it still needs a few things to be complete. The following still need to be addressed: The roof seal is new and has a very tight seal which makes it is difficult to close the top. I used the car without the seal since I do not drive it in the rain and was kept in the garage. It has a driver’s side cracked tail light which barely noticeable. If I were keeping this car I would only replace the headlights for brighter H4"s lights that resemble the stock ones. Just before I started this auction I have completed the following maintenance: It has a new gas filter, oil change, new performance throttle cam, newly repaired shifter, New Speedometer sending unit, New inner leather and exterior shift boots, new rear shocks, polished the paint, new Cat (will pass smog), New 19” wheels (yes, 19”) and new tires and they have plenty of clearance and will not rub. Since the maintenance above was completed I have not driven the car more than 20 miles and then stored it. Take advantage of this opportunity to own a really cool now Classic Porsche 944. These cars are getting rarer and staring to sell for alot! This car is priced lower than many others seen here and in much better conditions. This car is now a classic and is being sold “as is”. Since I have owned it (2+ years); I probably have driven it a maximum 1,500 miles. The car is in very good condition overall.
