1987 Pontiac Fiero GT that"s been modified with a fiberglass body that resembles a Ferrari 328. Custom built Ferrari replica utilizing a Mirage body kit from Feier Automobile Company . Its been great fun. .but its time to sell it on so that someone else can enjoy it and I can concentrate on another project car that"s been waiting in the wings. This car was a bit of a barn find and it was laid up for many years. The odometer reads 61,330 and according to Car-fax and the DMV, its legit. I was skeptical when i saw it too. . but I went as far as contacting the original owner to ask about the cars origins and he confirmed it was his wife"s car when it left their possession, it had low mileage. Additionally the cars interior carpeting is flawless (and I did not change it) so that"s a good indicator that the mileage is accurate. Has great compression in each cylinder runs great with no issues. just Pass California smog a couple of days ago currently registered and ready to be driven. Tags good til 2021 November only pay $150 a year for classic insurance valued $15k.
items that have been rebuilt/replaced/restored within the last year off the top of my head:
Freshly painted Ferrari grigio500 just 2 months ago. Vitaloni style side mirrors with correct CARELLO front turn signals which are extremely hard to find .
Rebuilt passenger headlight motor ,
driver side new motor, new brakes all around with rebuilt calipers,
new chrome rims,
Chassis de-greased and POR15 for added protection restored the interior with Russ88TTop dress up kit, new headliner and sun visors,
Shampooed trunk carpets with trunk cover for a clean look,
stock radio replaced with Pioneer with AUX port for iPhone use.
