Vehicle description
Up for Sale is My 1987 Peugeot 505 Turbo S Intercooler. I am the Original Owner and the Car was Purchased NEW in New York City
in September of 1987.
It has 59,452 Original Miles. I just had a major mechanical overhaul done on everything and the car is running like new. The mechanic I used did manage to break and loose a few interior parts
that I am not happy about. He broke the top latch for the glove box, lost the rubber boot for the parking brake, lost the original shift knob and painted the emblems on the rear black? I have no idea why? The tachometer does not read correctly. The Speedometer works fine, but the needle bounces a little. (does not bother me)
What he did do right is make it run great again. I don"t have receipts for the work because our relationship did not end well, but I can promise that all the work was done.
The car has New suspension parts, New/used rear trailing arms, Shocks, springs, New brake rotors and pads, (the rotors are really hard to find for the 87 turbo model) Power steering components, air conditioning components,(blows cold) New tires, New lug nuts, Newly painted wheels, New battery, New belts and hoses. etc. I"m sure there are other new items that I am forgetting.
The car also has New Euro headlamps and New parking lights. There is no real rust and the rust color on the underside of the hood is
rust preventative paint
The interior is in excellent clean condition. Also comes with the original radio in Benzi Box, Owners Manual, Anti-Theft Code card for radio and cassette player cleaning kit. Remote door locking still works.
Please feel free to ask any questions. Thanks!
