1987 GMC Sierra 1500. I"ve played with this truck for several years. This is not a matching numbers truck. The motor and transmission that"s in it now are all but gone. I could probably get it to run long enough to load. it is not road worthy. It was a Canadian truck, so the underside is completely undercoated. The body has 156,000 and is pretty solid other then the cab corners. There"s also a bad dent on the inside of the tailgate. You can"t see it from the outside and the gate closes good. Happened when a person dropped a motor. The other truck I"m selling with it is for parts. It"s a complete clean title 1993 1500 that has a running 350/4L60E with 86,000 original miles on it. It"s bad hit in the front and there"s issues with the column. I"ve had it started but you can"t steer it. I have a tractor to load it. With a little work, the 93 motor and tranny would turn the 87 into a very hard running dependable truck. At least that was my plan. I simply have to many other things going on and can"t see the trucks wasting away. The 87 has been sitting for three years and the 93 for two. Update: it appears that someone has helped themselves to the gate latch on the 93. For sale locally, so auction may end early.
