Talk about a Charmed Life! This 1987 Lincoln Continental has never commuted to work, the store, or any other common car-like duties. 10,789 actual miles. Purchased new by Joe Parker of Murray, Kentucky. Mr. Parker was a partner in a Ford, and later, Lincoln-Mercury Dealership since 1956. This was his retirement vehicle. Always garaged, covered, seats covered in plastic as well. The second owner acquired it upon his death in 2014. Received first in class trophy at the 2017 Lincoln Nationals. Elegant, non-metallic Light Sandalwood (8R), one of 117 produced in this combination according to the Deluxe Marti Report. The paint absolutely glistens, no fine scratches from buffers or car washes. No chips, dings, scratches anywhere, including the front header. All of the chrome and stainless trim is perfect as well. Has the 5.0 Multi-port fuel injected V8. Rear Wheel Drive. Full power, of course, and everything on the car functions properly. 6-way, power reclining seats, Overhead compass/temperature unit, Premium Sound, Auto-lamp/Auto-dim, Illuminated entry w/ exterior keyless entry, Power Antenna, Clean Carfax Vehicle History Report. Newer Tires. No leaks, drives and handles as you would expect with no surprises. My father had one of these back in the 80"s and what I really liked about it was it"s agility- it retained the Lincoln floaty ride without sacrificing the car"s reflexes.
