About this vehicle This 1986 Porsche 944 is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details 20 Years owned Garnet Red with Tan interior Porsche 944 Turbo (951) with factory LSD. 67,300 miles currently and I bought the car with 39,000 miles on it in Boulder, CO in 2001. Car has always been babied, garaged every night, and under a car cover during the winter months. Never been abused, raced, tracked, etc. Sale will include some service records, original 16 inch Phone Dial wheels, as well as original steering wheel. Car has undergone lots of recent maintenance in preparation for the sale. Among those recent service items: Timing belt and water pump replacement. AC charge and conversion to r134a. New steering rack. New spark plugs, wires and distributor cap and rotor. New tires. ALL fresh fluids throughout, including coolant flush. As a Porsche enthusiast, I have learned that I have been blessed/cursed with a "more critical eye than most", and I would not say that this car is a perfect example or a museum piece, but a nice, clean driver quality example that has been well preserved for the 35 years it's been on the road.
