Classic, collectible E30 1986 BMW 325 5 Speed Sedan
This 1986 BMW 325 features a 6 cylinder engine and rare 5 Speed transmission. Odometer reads 195,307 but it no longer works so TMU, but that"s pretty close, as car has been in storage. Golden Beige exterior with tan tweed cloth interior . Full power windows and locks. Heat works, air blows but probably needs a charge. Tires have good tread and there is a spare in the back. Original BMW wheels are in good shape as well. Interior is in good condition, aside from torn drivers seat (see pics) and there are cracks in the dash and a few tears in one of the door panels. Carpet is good, no rips or tears. A seat cover and a good detailing and shampooing of the carpets would really make it pop. Exterior paint is shiny and body is in very good condition with no damage but yes there are a few beauty marks, as to be expected from a car this seasoned.
This German sedan runs strong, drives and shifts gears smoothly, including reverse. Starts up first crank, does not overheat or stall. Master cylinder was replaced and brakes were done 2 days ago (May 14). Radio needs a program code to work and there is a cassette tape stuck in player, so until that is removed, tape player isn"t functional. Power steering pump needs to be repaired or replaced, or it just may need fluid, I"m not a mechanic, so this is just my hypothesis. Otherwise, all basic components of car seem to be in proper working order. All windows and switches work and seats are manual. Glove compartment doesn"t open, appears jammed. Glove box key is included and ignition key. No door key. REGISTRATION IS ON A NON OP, CLEAR CALIFORNIA TITLE AND SMOG CERTIFICATE IN HAND I have done my best to describe this BMW accurately and thoroughly, disclosing all information known to me, and have included plenty of pictures for your visual reference, but if I have inadvertently neglected to include any detail you need, please do not hesitate to contact me, as all questions will be answered promptly.
