Vehicle Details 1986 Chevrolet Silverado K20 I've had this truck for about 4 years. Never planned on selling it, but unfortunately due to my circumstances, I can't afford a play truck atm. Rebuilt 400 turbo transmission, 305 transfer case, 350 engine, Dana Big Hub 44, 14 bolt rear end. 4 wheel drive works just fine. 35x14.5 mud grapplers on 15" Bart wheels. This truck isn't perfect. Again it is a play truck. Some known issues are: loose steering, leaf spring bushings are worn, transfer case output shaft seal leak, there is some rust, especially in the bed, the horn button does not work, the passenger window came off the track, and there is a tapping noise from the engine when travelling down the highway for a long period of time. Around town and short highway drives are just fine. I think it's an exhaust valve that gets too hot and sticks, but I'm not sure. Just put a new battery in it.
