Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1986 Chevrolet K5 Blazer is an original with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver. Seller"s Notes na Exterior I am selling my 1986 K5 Blazer 4x4 350. Body has 70k miles. This is not something I am wanting to do but COVID pretty much destroyed our business and I need to get some cash. This is a really nice all original 1986 K5. There has been some upgrades but kept mostly original. I am going to try and be as transparent as possible because I don't want anyone to be upset or think this is a perfect condition truck. It runs and drives fantastic and my windows get rolled up and down frequently responding to other drivers requests to wave at them haha. It has had alot done over the months leading up to COVID and some things I didn't get a chance to get done. all listed has 600 miles on them -Rebuilt 350 with many new components battery, alternator PS pump. windshield motor, belts, hoses, Carb, plugs wires -rebuilt automatic transmission. -new front and rear bumpers -new tires -new paint job -new front floor pan, new rockers top and bottom. -new dual exhaust with chrome tips -door seals, removable top seals. -new dash, carpet, all window switches and motors, door lock switches and motors. -new odometer (that reads current 600 miles) I still have the old one that reads 70k -new instrument board (runs lights and guages) -ac is original but converted to R-134. It runs off just low pressure switch but it works great and blows cold! Things that need some work but not crucial nor does it effect the truck. The ac vacuum lines need to be re done? I'm not really sure how all that works but there is a little door type thing on the passenger side thats needs to be replaced or just fixed (I don't think its broken) it controls the outsode vent? anyways that needs work. also it runs off just low pressure switch. The shocks and springs maybe could be replaced This is a big truck, it runs smooth but maybe over big bumps it could get softer The ash tray. holy cow I cant find one, or know how to keep it from falling down! I currently have velcro that is working great but I can't find one. The steering is a little loose. I cant remember if this is typical to the model or how tight it should be. its not like really loose but not like my 2001 silverado haha. That's all I can compare it to. At about 70mph it does shake a little but with the bigger tires etc im not sure if thats the cause. I had the alignment done so mabye its just normal. I just want to be clear this is not a perfect in everyway truck. I am also not asking perfect money. Please ask me questions, watch my video etc. I ask for a $500 non refundable deposit and the rest of the balance within 7 days. I prefer cash but will also take wire transfer or a certified cashier check verified at my bank. happy bidding Check out my YouTube video https:/ youtu.be/Lzn-nHrsmG0 Interior Engine Deposits are nonrefundable.
