Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1986 Chevrolet K20 is a restored vehicle. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes More pictures available upon request Vehicle Details I bought this truck about 8 years ago, pulled the stock 350 out and dropped in a 383 stroker. I drove it as a secondary vehicle for a time then it sat for a few years. Last year I decided to have it restored and now here it is. The main reason I’m selling it is because I need the room. Somewhere over the last year I’ve developed a motorcycle addiction so I’m running out of room in my garage. Miley Motors did the restoration and they did an outstanding job. As you can see from the pictures it was a cab on restoration and the frame was in excellent shape so there wasn’t a need to remove it. When I got the truck it was blue and silver but when I looked into restoring it blue the factory blue interior didn’t match. I decided to go with black and I’m extremely happy I did. I bought a stock 350 4 bolt main and and Miley Motors rebuilt it so the motor is completely stock. The transmission is a TH400 and was gone through as well. The transfer case was rebuilt about a year before the restoration but was also cleaned up and painted during the restoration. I did have them install a Holley electric fuel pump and it is loud. I switched out the large fuel gauge for a tachometer and installed a small fuel gauge where the clock was. Duel fuel tanks, 4x4, 8’ bed, Alpine stereo, When you start the truck you can really hear it but not as bad once you start driving it. I have many more pictures of the restoration process as well as receipts. Currently it’s on a collectors policy and I had no problem insuring it for 45k. I never replaced the wheels or front lockouts. I just couldn’t decide which wheels to get and was going to get new lockouts when I replaced the wheels and the tires have plenty of life left so I wasn’t in a hurry. The truck runs and drives very nice and I get compliments every time I take it out for a drive. Exterior Interior Engine Download the Motors app
