Vehicle Details 1986 Chevrolet El Camino. I have owned this vehicle for the past 2 years with the idea of restoring it. This was my son in laws vehicle so here is everything that I know. 1986 Chevy El Camino Conquista. Vehicle has a 1978 front end but shows 1986 on the title. Vehicle is all here. Crate motor was installed - it is either a 350 or 383 stroker. Motor has less than 5K on it. When I received the vehicle it did not run because of transmission issues. New transmission was put in and has less that 200 miles on it. Also new battery, tires have been installed. I started purchasing things for the vehicle. It will come with new drivers side floor pan, dash pad, carpet, headliner, interior dye, battery tray, rear view mirror and a motor dress up kit. I start this vehicle at least twice a week and try to drive it at least once every other week. It has been sitting in a heated pole barn and is waiting on a new owner.
