You"re viewing my extremely clean 1986 300ZX t-top coupe (which have never leaked AND come with their original removable sun shades and both bags to store them in the rear of the car when removed). My beautiful ZX only has 88k original unmolested miles! Always adult owned and loved, never abused! The car is as close to new as you can imagine for an almost 35 year old car! It actually looks better in person than in the pics! The ORIGINAL paint is stunning and is virtually flawless (hood has a very small area towards the windshield where it looks like a small rock flew up and chipped it, it"s so insignificant that I never bothered touching it up. .but I"m sure it"s an easy touch up if it bothers you). The rest of the car is virtually spotless. The paint is shiny, deep, and looks like new. Never hit or damaged. All rubber moldings and chrome trim pieces look fantastic. Car has been garaged it"s entire life and it shows! Also, always a Southern car. Zero rust or corrosion anywhere. Fairlady emblems and red/black rocker stripes can easily be removed by new owner if so desired.
Interior is spectacular! No stains or odors. Never smoked in. No pets. Seats show virtually no wear, and are extremely comfortable (power lumbar support, etc). Carpets are very clean. Door panels look great. Dash is perfect with no cracking, warping or any other issues. Steering wheel shows no wear. Radio is original and there"s zero wear around any of the controls, including the climate control panel. All gauges work perfectly, including the clock. Chimes work and it even TALKS to you when you leave the lights on, door open, etc. Pretty cool "80"s vibe! AC has been converted and will freeze you out! All power options work. Cruise works. Horn works. Everything works! It"s like an almost new 1986 300ZX! Pure time capsule! Even the original jack, lug wrench, and factory wheel chocks are present and don"t look like they"ve ever been used! Tires and brakes are in great working order. Features the E4N71B automatic 4 speed transmission with overdrive and torque-converter lockup. I cannot stress enough how nice this car is! ! People are simply amazed when I tell them it"s an "86!
If you"re looking for an incredible example of a Nissan Z31 you have found it! There is a folder with several receipts of work done, including the timing belt changed at 84,000 miles. Nissan service manual included as well!
I dread the thought of selling this because I"ll never find another like it, but I own several other collector cars and I recently acquired a very rare 1973 Datsun 240Z that was previously owned by a gentleman for 37 years (pic attached, an orange "73 240Z was my first car in college back in "84 so they hold a special place in my heart). Sadly, it"s going to be kicking the ZX out of the garage once I bring it home in a few weeks after my mechanic goes over it. She deserves a good home that can also garage her and love her like she has been her entire life! You will not be disappointed with my ZX! Re-live your youth when you lusted after having one of these, but now can actually afford one! In addition to being a great car, it"s also a great investment as clean examples are finally starting to really climb in value. Many have been abused and trashed over the years. Very few incredible examples like mine are left! I don"t do car shows, but this is for sure a trophy winner in the making!
