About this vehicle This 1985 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes A very nice all original Rolls Royce Silver Spur from the first series. This car will be an absolute joy to drive once the slight exhaust leak has been addressed and the car is once again whisper-quiet. Vehicle Details For sale is this beautiful 1985 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur in a rather rare color combination . this car was special ordered by Beverly Hills Rolls-Royce in light oyster over dark oyster with matching Brown ever flex top. Additionally , the car was ordered with the light cream leather interior piped-in Brown and the overall effect is quite striking. The car is completely original with the exception of a remote keyless entry having been added some years ago. The current mileage is hovering right around 95404 and the car always starts right up and runs consistently well. The original paint is not perfect but in very good condition for its age with the only noticeable flaw worth mentioning being a crease in the paint on the gas door cover. The interior is in better than average condition with some slight wear shown to the drivers seat and the original dark burl wood has faded somewhat from years of sun exposure. This car was special ordered with the very rarely seen complete wrap around Lamb's wool overlay rugs which means it has almost no Floor surface that is not covered by these rugs. It also has a leather wrapped steering wheel. The car has its correct wheel covers for a 1985 Silver Spur but these appear to have been color-coordinated at the factory which is something that was not offered on other silver spur models of the same era. The car does have a slight exhaust leak which becomes quieter once the car is warmed up. It has recently benefited from new gas Spheres being fitted in the front as well as the rear and the air suspension as well as the brakes work well. It even has working cold air conditioning intact. The rack and pinion unit was replaced August of 2020. This car has always been in California from day one, mostly in the Southern California area until I purchased it a year-and-a-half ago and brought it up to the San Francisco Bay Area. This car comes with an amazing three full sets of original stamped and numbered Yale keys and one additional full set of aftermarket for a total of four sets of keys. Personalized license plates do not transfer with the car automatically and I will assist with shipping but all expenses associated are to be buyer's responsibility.
