This unfinished Replica Ferrari 355 project is for sale. I bought it back in 2006 as a father-son(s) bonding project. Lots of fun building this but my kids all grew up and it"s time to clear some garage space. Note that this is not a real Ferrari 355 even though people have often mistaken it to be real when I"m out driving in it.
It was built on a Fiero V6 donor vehicle. The 2.8L long block was replaced with a 3.4L Firebird long block and the fuel rails adapted. This is a 3" body extension kit so car has been chopped and lengthened. Arraut suspension kit adapted for width Replaced suspension Replaced all engine mounts Replaced clutch Replaced brakes Replaced wheel bearings High end interior (dash, controls, seats)
Still to complete: - Deck lid solenoid - Front lights - Gas door latch - Door poppers adjust - Wheel well mud guards - Hood fasteners - Door ajar light - Guages - Headliner and sun visors - Cosmetic adjust of door trims, carpets etc - Plenty of fun and improvements left to do for anyone that wants a project
