Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1985 Jeep Jeep is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great. Seller"s Notes Immediate deposit at auction end of $500 Vehicle Details Located in beautiful Ouray, Colorado. The Switzerland of America and the Jeep capital of the world. Come pick this rare low mileage all original 1985 Jeep CJ7 Laredo in original paint and graphics. Black and nutmeg with spice colored seats and top. 5 speed manual. Vehicle was mainly used a "towed", being pulled by an RV around the country. 90,331 with half being pulled and half normal driving. With this, the paint does show some rock chips, suffered from always being behind the RV. The hitch will come with the Jeep. All gauges, lights, blinkers, wipers all function as they should. The transfer case shifts smooth and easy. A limited slip was added to the rear axle, to help with off-road. The Jeep runs and idles super smooth, pulls super strong in every gear, runs at highway speeds with no issues. Runs and drives like a fuel injected jeep. The interior is really clean, only wear spot is on driver's edge of seat, as shown in the pictures the slight tear and cracking in edge of seat. It also has the rare leather grab handle wrap. The paint and graphics are all original, note the white spots, these are slight dings that were repaired, but have not been painted out to match. The front white spots are from turning to close and the RV denting the front fender. Beyond that, and the rock chips, the body is straight and paint is shiny. There is 0 rust, none on the body, frame, anywhere, besides the paint flake in the floorboards from the floor mats. The jeep has been based in Colorado most of its life. There is superficial rust under the floor mats where the paint has come off. Check pictures. The bad: The white repair spots on the body. A couple snaps on the soft top have broken. The vehicle has sat in a garage hardly being driven for the last 6 years, only having 2100 miles driven on it in that time. Sometimes there is a slight lifter tick at idle, nothing wrong with the motor, just low rpm, low oil pressure. Shifter boot is torn at base. Immediate deposit of $500 at auction end. Balance due within 3 days via cash, certified cashier's check. Shipping is responsible of buyer. I will assist with loading. Exterior Interior Engine Download the Motors app
