This fabulous truck was restored by a 30-year ford company draftsman and engineer in the KY Ford plant. He did a body off frame restoration that was guided by his love for ford and this truck. He rebuilt it with engineering and quality in mind. He spent 30 years dreaming of ford trucks. See the photos in this ad of the restoration in progress. He had . . a 351 Windsor rebuilt with a mild cam and Edelbrock intake with holly 4-barrel carb and Mustang. All accessories are exceptional and new as are the custom Mustang headers. The body is rust free and was taken totally apart. Much of the parts he used as door handles, trim and much more was new old stock from this ford plant. It has new front end, new ball joints, rebuilt 4 speed transmission, new clutch. New wheels, new hub caps, new electrical, new radiator.
There is no rust in the usual places as it was a great original body and a massive amount of new old stock parts were on the meticulous restoration.
The interior is very original, it has new carpet and all plastic was re-tinted the original color. The radio is custom auto sounds with luxury plugins. It has new window lifts in the doors. It has new starter, alternator, water pump, distributor, battery, radiator and even heater motor. All wiring is new.
It looks great and drives great. It is as close to a new 1985 ford pickup that you can find at our super low price of $12,900, we are selling this truck to a blessed new owner at a price far below of what it would cost to just to restore an existing truck. There probably is not a mid-80s Ford pickup at a price this low and we will deliver it to your door free of charge,
