1985 Chevrolet El Camino Conquista
Bought new by my grandfather, he sold it back in the 80"s to a friend and bought it back on his friends passing in 2007, then I inherited it in 2012 on my grandfather"s passing.
I drove it until 2015 when I left for college, it suffered damage from a careless pickup in a parking lot and a surprise hail storm last year. The mission section of headerpanel is in the cabin, and could be patched back on by a skilled fiberglass worker.
I don"t have a camera good enough to pick up the dings from the hail, but there is about a dozen total on the roof/hood and a couple on trim pieces.
DOES NOT CURRENTLY RUN. Bare minimum it needs new tires and a new battery, the current tires are from 2007 and are no longer safe.

It fired up without much effort, but will need a new radiator soon. There is also what sounds like a bad pulley, but that started when I parked it and I have not bothered to diagnose.
Water pump and P/S pump were new when parked. AC blew cold when parked. Aftermarket radio, but the original will be included along with the aftermarket speaker box and GPS unit. Headliner is starting to fall but I will include a new headliner with the vehicle. Vinyl bench seat. Dash pad has minor cracking on each corner but is mostly intact, though the faceplate is falling off.
All dash dials and electronic accessories worked when parked but the dummy lights do not. Cruise control does not work.
I will include both full sets of rims, the original Ralleye wheels and the chromes.
No interior leaks or motor oil leaks.
Towing package, rear air shocks still hold air.
350sbc was swapped in mid-2007. I do not currently have the records book, but I am looking for it and will include it or mail it when I find it.
Original owners manual and dealer invoice are in the glove box. Registration and inspection are expired.
