This car has just recently undergone a full, rolling chassis restoration. I have known this car since the early 2000"s when it was owned by a close friends father. The car was under his ownership since he bought it used in the early 80"s. The car has spent the entirety of its life in Fairfield country, Connecticut. Unfortunately due to the owners declining health throughout the 2000s, the car spent most of the last 20 years of its life being stored and not taken care of. Upon his passing in 2017, I had taken ownership of the car and began the restoration process. The interior has been entirely reupholstered, everything down to the paint has been stripped and replaced with OEM parts. The seats are original design Recaro"s. Suspension wise, every major component and bushing has been replaced with original Porsche parts as well as all metal components being stripped and powder coated. The car had a full, window out repaint with original Porsche guards red paint. The cars entire undercarriage has been repainted as well. All rubber engine components have been replaced, as well as all ignition related equipment. Oil lines have been replaced along with brand new oil coolers. The car has no rust whatsoever.
