Up for sale is a 1984 Trans Am 5.0 HO (L69) 5 speed (MM5). This TA is extremely clean and very fun to drive. The TA came with a 3:73 (GT4) reargear matched with the 5 speed and the 5.0 HO makes the TA a very fun cruiser. The W62 aero package suits the 84 perfect. The special performance package and 4-wheel disc brakes makes this TA handle and stop very well. The TA is like driving one off the lot in 84. This is a one family owned TA, it spent all of its life in southern KY after being bought new in Ohio. It retains all original paperwork. Have the build sheet, original window sticker, all manuals and warranty booklets and also the Firebird merchandiser booklet (which is awesome to still have. It even retains the dust jacket it came with). Interior on the TA is beautiful, everything works as it should, besides the radio. You can take the non leaking t-tops out or have ice cold A/C blowing. Power windows and power locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, power driver seat,leg pad on console, rear defroster, power hatch and hatch sunshade, and original lined t-tops bags. A vintage alarm system. Seats look new, dash is perfect headliner looks new. The TA"s exterior is beautiful. Very nice paint. Beautiful color combination that is not very common. Silver Sand metallic, original color. Underneath the TA is very clean, looks new and no rust at all. Silver sand metallic (15L 15U) and the black combo seems to be on the rare side and looks really cool. The engine bay looks new and correct. The TA has its original L69 along with its 4bbl along with its cold air induction system, matched to the 5 speed.Very clean under the hood. The drivabilty of the TA is awesome. Runs and drives like it should and is a lot of fun.
