Mercedes-Benz 380 SL - GORGEOUS! Perfectly maintained; stock, not a restoration. This beauty needs almost nothing mechanically or cosmetically. Drivetrain, suspension and body all are in fantastic condition. All services and repairs performed as needed. Years and years of service records available. This SL drives, rides, accelerates and shifts like a Mercedes S-class should. The car has only lived in California and Florida. No rust. The soft top is 2 years old (OEM type). Includes hard top as well. The car cold starts almost instantly. The exterior color is metallic powder blue. Interior is light blueish gray leather, trim and carpeting. The soft top is dark blue. The paint is beautiful, clear, deep and glossy. The chrome/brightwork, leather, wood inside an outside are excellent condition (no dents, cracks, chips, holes, significant scratches). Pretty much every electrical function works as it should. This SL gets compliments constantly. Full Disclosure: The known issues are minor and typical: The paint has some tiny imperfections which can be buffed out or touched up. There is a small crack in the dash. The sun visors are bloated. The windshield leaks air. Control switch for one window is bad. One speaker works intermittently (loose wire?). EVERYTHING ELSE is in excellent working and cosmetic condition. Disclaimer: This little car with a big V8 is very fast and has cost me a small fortune in speeding tickets. It rides like a Benz, so you don"t realize how fast you really are going.
