Vehicle Details The Ford Mustang was a huge success from the start and no better way tocelebrate then to provide an Anniversary model for its 20th anniversary. The executivesapproved only 5,260 of these special ordered G1350 Anniversary cars to be built. They carried some nice features and were all featured in the Oxford White paint highlighted by the Canyon Red cloth interior with sport seats. Additional features include a unique air dam,G.T.350 decals, Marchal fog lights, and commemorative badges on both front fenders. The 84’ GT350 was Ford's officially recognized Anniversary Mustang, honoring 20 years of Ford's finest moment, the Mustang. Anniversary cars were made in limited production with a total of only 2465 coupes built. All GT350 20th Anniversary Mustangs were built in a special 35-day production run in the spring of 1984, and by thethey were released for sale, Carroll Shelby launched a lawsuit against Ford's use of the hallowed GT350" name, since Shelby sold the "Cobra" name to Ford back inthe late 1960, but not the rights to the Gt350 name.
