About this vehicle This 1984 Chevrolet P30 is a project vehicle with updates to the exterior and interior. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle is drivable. Seller"s Notes 1984 Vogue II Motorhome Project - New parts and some appliances included! Runs and drives! Vehicle Details Vogue was started in 1974 in Los Angeles, CA. by a former Winnebago dealer named Andy Alburn. At some point, Vogue was sold and manufacturing was moved to Oklahoma. The Vogue line was later acquired by Harvey Mitchell (Mitchell Motor Coach Manufacturing Company, Inc.) in 1990 and later sold to Featherlite Coach in 1998. The Vogue units produced during Mitchell's ownership (1990-1998) are some of the most sought after and referred to as "Mitchell-Vogues." According to a former employee, the build numbers on the Mitchell built coaches began with number 101 in 1990. During the Mitchell era, Vogue built roughly 23-35 per year depending on how detailed the coaches were they were building. Vogue coaches were built on the following chassis: Chevrolet (Gas, Chevy 454 engine, P-30) Gillig (diesel) John Deere (Gas, Ford 460 engine) Crown Bus chassis History by Model Vogue II - built from 1982 through 1987 Cosmopolitan - built from 1985 to 1987 Vogue III - built in 1988 and 1989 Prima Vista wide body - built for 1989 through 1996. Vogue V - built from 1996 through 1999 Videos Exterior The tires are in good condition, both car and house batteries are working great. All of the old fans and air conditioners have been removed from the top of the motorhome. Interior Interior had to be gutted out because of rot, rust, mold, etc Rust has been removed from the sidewall frames. The electric box is in great condition. Engine The radiator was rebuilt and the frame for it was repainted and rust-proofed. Also, a new AC Condensor was put in (the chrome thing in the front) The Generator needs a tune-up but works.
