I became the second owner in December 2020. The previous owner was a former GM employee and only drove the car on beautiful sunny days. W hen he was finished driving it, it was always under a car cover and in the garage. He even kept track of how many times it was in the rain (only 7 times) and has NEVER SEEN SNOW. Now, on to the description of this gorgeous vehicle. This Camaro was never smoked in, was sparingly driven (as I sai d, it currently has less than 1 8 ,000 original miles), lovingly cared for and always garaged since new. Not only does it look new, it drives like new! The original owner’s manual is still in the glove box . Included with the car is all the original paperwork from the dealership (invoice, bill of sale, window sticker, dealer brochures etc.) The owner did not have any service receipts because he said all he ever had to do was change the oil. All fluids have been checked by me and are clean. This car is 100% original (except for the new tires, upper and lower radiator hoses and all new belts). The battery is a couple years old. Literally everything else is 100% stock. Not a ding, scratch or dent ANYWHERE . MUSEUM QUALITY without a doubt ! This 1984 Camaro Z28 is now avai lable to some very lucky bidder. The only reason I am selling it is that I have my eye o n another classic car I found. If it does not sell, I am perfectly OK with hanging on to it. This Camaro has never been damaged and everything is in excellent factory original condition. Clean title and clean Carfax . All the power windows, locks and driver’s seat, head lights, turn signals, horn, gauges , wipers (including the washer) and AM/FM/Cassette with power antenna are in perfect working order. No electrical issues at all. The paint is 100% factory original . Showroom new and was just fully detailed including ceramic coating. This car handles beautifully and holds the road nice and straight at 40 MPH or 70 MPH. No pulling at all and is very tight and responsive. The car tracks straight. The brakes work beautifully with no issues at all. This Camaro rides on a new set Goodyear Assurance tires, mounted on the original factory wheels , which are PERFECT! No curb-rash, dents etc., to maintain its original factory look . The exterior is incredible! The ALL-original red color shines like new. I t honestly looks a new car . If you do not believe me, come see it for yourself . The floors, frame and trunk areas as well as under the hood and trunk are all solid and rust free with no signs or rot anywhere. Same for all the door jams and under the doors (see pictur es). NO RUST! All the glass is original and perfect . All the doors open and close effortlessly, just as new and all the door jams look new as well. NO RUST anywhere. The car was rust- proofed and undercoated when it was new and it shows. I have the paperwork for it. However, that is just the beginning! The stunning interior is absolutely breathtaking and 100% original ! Nothing has b een modified or “cut up” in any way. It look s exactly as it did back in 1984 and looks brand new. The u pholstery, door panels, seat backs, carpet, headliner (no sagging, fading or rips), dash pad (no cracks or fading), rear cargo area (no cracks or fading). This interior is , for all intensive purposes, in brand new original condition. The glue is letting go a little bit on the headliner but not bad at all. This Camaro is equipped with the original AM /FM /Cassette stereo with front and rear speaker s with power antenna (which works perfectly), power steering, power brakes, cigar lighter (works great). The A/C works but needs a charge . The heat works great with no issues. This Camaro has the original 5.0L HO engine hooked to its original transmissio n. Both perform as new. Absolutely no knocking, smoking or hesitation from the engine and the transmission shifts thro ugh the gears like a new car. No leaks anywhere and no burning of any oil. It is v ery smooth with no problems at all. There are a bsolutely no issues with overheating.
