My wife and I have decided to sell our "83 911 SC Targa to get a newer 911. We have loved driving this car and it will be missed. The car gets a lot of attention everywhere we go. Fairly rare combo of Slate Blue Metallic paint on blue leather with factory sport seats. Paint shines very well with no major dents, scratches or flaws. Southern car it"s entire life until my ownership, LA and TX. Clean carfax. The 3.0 engine was upgraded to a lower mileage 1987 3.2 by the previous owner who I was told owned a shop and also did all the maintenance on the car. Recent compression test showed 150-160 psi on all cylinders. The car has the factory 915 5-speed transmission, the shifts well for it"s age. Just installed four new Continental Extreme Contact tires. Factory 16" Fuchs and genuine Porsche whale tail. Interior is overall in good condition with very little fading, does have a rip and crack in the front section of the drivers seat and a crack in the dash. I recently got a bid to repair both but have not been able to get it in to be completed.
