About this vehicle This 1983 Mercedes-Benz 500 SEC is an original. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details Beautiful 1983 Mercedes 500 SEC that runs and drives great. Recently serviced and road ready for its next owner with a clean Texas title.VIN is a euro spec so it does not show up but I have taken a picture of the plate. Interior has been reupholstered with factory blue and steering wheel has been restitched to almost new. Also has AMG 15 inch painted wheels to match color coded bumpers along with rear AMG bumper and front lights are updated to 86 and up. Low 165k miles for is year and yes the seat belt extenders work, no leaks, all four windows go up and down, NO. RUST and AC/Heat work well. Here are some issues that I know of: Driver side seat belt extender works but snapped and need to be glued or replaced. Sunroof works but is off track Mechanic says brake booster or master cylinder needs work but stops well. Looks like a paint job was done some time ago and is peeling. Average at best Had front AMG bumper and side skirts at one point but were removed and there are holes present. Odometer counts fine but intermittently does not show speed(tachometer issues). Might be a speed sensor easy fix. Radio does not work but there is an amp in trunk. VIN is WDB126004412006471 euro spec sobits not pulling up.Please ask questions before committing to buy.
