Today i am listing a 1983 Mercedes 300TD turbo diesel wagon. It will be hard to find a nicer , better driving W123 series wagon with lower miles for sale today. This 300TD was always garaged , pampered and maintained to the highest standard.It comes with all the books including the stamped service booklet. The body is in very nice condition and the paint still shines like on a much newer car. There is no rust on this car and it is solid all around. It was finished in Champagne metallic ( MB color code 473) with Palomino color MB-tex interior. This is a very elegant color combination and i do get a lot of compliments on it , whenever i take it out. This car really sticks out. The interior is super clean as well , as the many pictures will show. There are no rips or tears in the seats or anywhere else. The carpets, the door panels and the headliner are clean. The dashboard is perfect and free of cracks and even the original wood accents are still in wonderful shape. This car is gorgeous all the way around. Anything this Mercedes ever needed was always attended to right away. All the systems work the way they should. All the gauges are functioning properly. There are no issues with the vacuum system. Power door locks, air-conditioning, climate control, power windows, power mirrors and the original radio with the power antenna work. I could not think of anything this Mercedes needs. Just sit in and drive it anywhere. Last week the AC has been serviced and new air cells for the SLS suspension have been installed. All the fluids have been changed and the valves were adjusted. This Mercedes wagon would be perfect fo a collector. With the low miles and the overall excellent condition this car should only continue to appreciate in value. It also would be a good choice for anybody who likes classic cars , but needs them to be very reliable for every day driving.This car cruises comfortably with 85 mph while still averaging 27 miles per gallon of diesel. If you have been looking for a very clean W123 series wagon , you should really come by and look at this one. I would prefer to sell this car locally to somebody who could actually come by and see it, but i would also be helpful with shipping arrangements or an airport pick up (LAX) for out of town winning bidders. Please have your funding in order and do all your " due diligence" BEFORE placing a bid. This is a wonderful 35 year old classic car and it will be sold without a warranty. I did upload 55 more pictures and they can describe this 300TD better than i can.
