Vehicle description
- Dry climate car, reasonably priced. - a chance to own a car that once fixed up can sell for upwards of $40-50k. - Clean CarFax - all original and comes w/ the dealer upgraded wheels that are worth as much as the car. - starts fine and is driveable. I drove it regularly for about a year before deciding to restore it. - car is in "needs to be restored condition". It runs and is driveable but it needs to be restored mechanically and aesthetically to be considered show worthy. - classic beemer Henna Red (Hennarot) - Everything on the car is original except for replacement engine parts like the radiator. - The odometer works off on. Instrument cluster gears need to be replaced again. There are approximately 120,000 miles on the car. - some electrical issues, turn signals don"t always work, windows don"t currently open, sunroof doesn"t currently open, dash is cracked (this happens to all original early 80s beemers), rear seats are almost like new, front passenger seat is in good shape, driver seat has a small tear (see photos), instrument cluster needs new gears, radio needs security code to work, several other small issues like the radio mast won"t currently go up. - registration is current in California, but under Planned Non Operation - I have a BMW toolkit for the car that I will throw in if it sells for over $2750.00
