About this vehicle This 1982 GMC C1500 is an original with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes No Trades Vehicle Details I purchased this truck 7 years ago and I have attached the photos of where it started and where it ended, I decide to part ways with this truck, I have put a lot of money and time into It has a nice custom black cherry pearl paint that has been painted about 6 years ago, has small rocks chips but paint looks great, serpentine belt system installed, new dash, tilt steering, the roll pan was welded on and painted and it came out great,the tail band was totally redone and painted and a chrome front bumper with park lights was installed and I have the paint code, Black and dark red interior, seats, door panels and headliners done, with chrome cup holders installed in the bench seat, the seats came out of a Astro van and I totally got them redone this GMC truck is ready to hit the highway. This is not a frame off restoration, but i have completed about 80. Percent of the truck, I painted under the hood the same color as the truck, and took the engine out and painted it orange . The engine compartment contains a small block 400 with a mild cam with a 700R4 automatic transmission featuring a shift kit and 2400 stall converter. The engine has been removed and rebuilt . Fitech fuel injection added to the engine , the exhaust is a Flowmaster system with magnaflow polished tips. this truck is also equipped with air conditioning, AM FM radio, Bluetooth, power windows and locks along with power steering and power brakes. Power windows and power locks. It has a spray in bedliner. This GMC c1500 rolls on radial tires and 20” chrome Foose wheels 9 in front and 10” in the rear. It has been lowered 4”/ 6” with a c-notch in the rear. It has a Mahogany wood steering wheel . The rear drums brake have been painted The same color as the truck. I have kept every receipt since I started building this truck, tach gauge installed right by the speedometer gauge to make it look like it came with the truck, electric fans, HED Headlights, and plenty more goodies. I have a used 5.3 LS Engine and transmission that I will throw in with the sale of the truck, I have not tested the engine or transmission , my plans was to get both rebuilt but never got around to it. As you you see from all the photos, I cut out all the bad spots and welded the floors No trades, Clean blue title, vehicle is sold as is.
