For sale is a 1982 Corvette Stingray. This car has been garaged and off the road since 2008. I acquired the car, replaced the tank and sending unit, along with injectors and master cylinder. Previous owner had newer door panels and seats recovered. Exterior: The paint trim code was black but painted yellow several years ago. Body shop did a nice job, with the exception of some over-spray on the mufflers. There is one scratch on the passenger rear quarter panel, as seen in the picture. Not sure if these are aftermarket t-tops, but the passenger side top sits higher than the driver side. I do not believe this car was ever involved in an accident after viewing the panels from underneath. Interior: Real clean, with the rear bay carpet a little dirty. New floor mats and driver side sun visor (needs to be mounted). The radio has not been examined, but the power antenna stays up. Previous owner replaced the factory steering wheel with a Grant wood-grain. Because of that, the horn mechanism is not working. I will play with this in the days to come, but keep forgetting. Drive-train: As stated above, the tank was replaced with sending unit and all receipts come with sale. I also replaced the injectors prior to running it. Car idles fine after it up warms up in a minute. No smoke from the exhaust, so I assume heads and internals are all good. Oil has been changed and the master cylinder was replaced and calipers bled. Power steering cylinder drips, but I believe I have an NOS unit that will come with sale. Questions? I can send you a video from my cell phone if you reach out an email me.
