Moving and for more info FAST Please Call Jim Eastern Standard Time as I am not on the computer every day. .TY. .I am second owner and an Auto Tech Owned since 1985. .1982 Full sized 1/2 ton Van, Chevy"s bulletproof 6 cylinder engine, Classic 3 speed on the column manual transmission, power steering, Goodyear wrangler tires, I basically only used for camping. 70s style shag carpet interior. Well taken cared of, oil changes Every 3000 miles, stored winters so never driven in salt so very minimal rust near bottom edges of the van and great shape for a 38 year old vehicle. This Van has Never had Any rust repairs done but no side or rear windows I jack knife my bass boat a couple times as shown on drivers side rear door has been repaired but damaged again since repair and that is the ONLY bondo repair ever done! ! Fairly recently new exhaust, radiator, hoses, brakes, water pump, starter, clutch fan, etc. whether it needed it or not just for preventive maintenance. I replaced indoor/outdoor carpet on the floor last year. Extra leaf spring added in the rear, Bolt on Heavy duty tow hitch. Backup lights rewired to toggle switch on the dash so I could turn on as needed. Also resealed the entire top of the roof edges with urethane seam sealer and light gray paint to deflect heat better. Van was painted back in 1985 when I bought it because I didn"t like the original light to medium blue factory color as well as the shaggy interior carpet job. This van is NOT an oil burner and runs great! Moving to Kauai HI is the Only reason I am selling All my toys. The van is wired up to accept a Sony cassette player, optimus equalizer, powered by a Rockford Fosgate Punch 250a2 amp with 2 12" Kicker Speakers with horns built in to one box that I bought new in 1995 for $1200 that I take out every winter that I would throw in for an additional fee however the amp got stolen so needs to be replaced. I see them going from $75-$150 on ebay as I was going to replace it but. .I also had both speakers rebuilt (foamed) just last year for $200
