1982 Chevrolet C10 Custom Deluxe Pickup Simple 28 year old square body that is drivable now while you restore it or put it to work 4.1 L 250 CID L6 Engine w/ Muncie SM465 Manual Transmission 4-Speed w Granny Gear 2WD RWD 1/2 TON 5-digit odometer shows 26244 but clearly either a 1 or 2 in front of it to be accurate. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION:
Not going to lie, this a pretty ugly truck but if you are looking for a simple work truck, or a project for a custom truck, or just a driver without all the pain in the butt bells and whistles, this is your truck! What you see is what you get. . 4.1L Six Cylinder Engine and a 4-speed MANUAL Muncie Transmission (1st is granny gear) Rear Wheel Drive This truck is a factory NON-Air Condition Truck ( it DOES NOT have air conditioning) Power steering, Power brakes, Manual windows and locks Longbed with toolbox, no radio
*In my opinion I would rate as follows (I am pretty picky): Interior 5 of 10 (Shows normal wear all over, no radio, horn button installed, missing stuff here and there, set is comfy -see pics and ask questions if you have any.)
Exterior 4.8 of 10 (Paint shows wear allover some peel and fading, minor corrosion left foot floor and front left rocker but that looks like it. Frame and underside is nice and solid, dents and dings right front fender and small stuff all over-see pics)
Mechanical 6 of 10 (Runs well, the 4spd manual trans is a BEAST and pulls well. NEW Carburetor, NEW Exhaust complete, NEW Brakes, NEW Starter, NEW clutch kit, Just tuned up and oil changed etc. Tires are good. Factory steel wheels)
*NOTE: If you are buying from out of state, I recommend you make arrangements to ship or trailer the vehicle home from here. I have driven it about 500 miles or so with no issues at all, but although it was serviced completely, it IS a 28 YEAR OLD VEHICLE. I would prefer to "stretch its legs" locally rather than pushing her 500-1500+ miles on the highway. Just like our bodies, it takes a while to get "back into regular shape." Be reasonable with your expectations right off the bat.
