Vehicle description

The good -new head gasket with arp head studs -new axel shafts -new radiator and hoses -valves have all been adjusted and new valve cover has been installed along with a plastic oil baffle to prevent run offs -new timing belt -new fuel filter and lines from the filter -“new” used fuel pump installed -fresh oil change and filter -runs good and has very good compression -back up fuel pump included along with the original copper core radiator which needs to be patched, a exhaust clip tool, cam locking plate, pump locking pin, valve shim tools and a bag full of extra valve shims -radio works and heat works alright has a block heater installed The bad -It has some rust like most old rabbits, the drivers side strut tower along with the bed had been patched by the previous owner the passenger side strut tower was hiding some rust under the factory coating which i took off and coated in por-15 and patched with pro-15 epoxy putty which isn’t the best repair but its what i had the means to do -the drivers side floor board is still solid but is definitely on its way out and should be replaced eventually -needs engine mounts -the transmission has an intermittent problem where it will not go into first gear after its been driven for awhile but goes in fine when its cold, i took it to a shop which I trust because transmissions are not something i like to mess with and was told its most likely either low on transmission fluid or clutch material has gotten stuck in first gear -needs a drivers side door handle and it would probably be good to replace the passenger side one but both doors can still be opened and locked fine -needs the front passenger hub cap -will probably need a water pump eventually because the one on there has a slight amount of play in it which means the bearing is going out on it
Over all its a nice little car it lived its life originally in Maryland for two years then was moved down to Georgia and then shipped to Michigan by the second owner who i bought it from. I wish i could keep it but i currently don’t have the time or money to give it the love it needs.
