1980 Triumph Spitfire 1500 4 Speed with Overdrive (Works)
Car is in good shape but does still need some restoration.
New clutch Convertible Top (had a crack in corner window) New carpet GM Alternator (still have Lucas one) Carb has been rebuilt New Paint New Tires Exhaust has been repaired, but not original style Brakes have been done including calipers. Could use rotors down the road. It was a basket case when I brought it home. Runs good now
I currently have Fiero Seats in the car. Original seats are included but need rebuilt. I have worked on floorboards, but they need to be replaced. Transmission tunnel is ok but needs replacing Needs a new wiper switch Underside of bonnet needs cleaning Engine compartment needs some work I"d probably replace marker lights in the future I"ve tried to repair dash pad. Just needs a new one Wood dash has been hand made. Still have pieces to the original one
Engine runs good. Wife and I took it on a trip a couple years ago, about 400 miles in weekend.
Need to sell. Just to hard to get in and out with a bad leg. Drives nice. Fun to drive.
