Vehicle description
This 1980 Triumph Spitfire 1500 has 32,000 original miles!
The car still retains all its original sheet metal, floor pans, and Pageant Blue paint. Recently the little Spitfire has benefited from a new Weber cab and NOS distributor. All electrical items function well and the car is a joy to drive. The 4-speed manual transmission shifts well and the clutch operates very well with no slippage or chattering. The floors are in excellent shape with no rust, the rockers are very nice as is all the trim, lenses, glass, and the factory optional decals still show well. The soft top is in excellent condition, the brightwork is not pitted or faded, the dash is crack free, the heater blows hot, all lights operate correctly. Included with the car are the original owner"s manual, service book, original keys, full cockpit tonneau cover, and paint matched hard top.
This Triumph is in lovely original condition and exudes classic British charm! It will make a great first-time collector vehicle that can be driven daily or enjoyed only on sunny days!
