Vehicle description

Truly Wild Porsche 911 SC Targa Wide Body Slant Nose with Supercharged 3.0L Engine
This was built back in the 90s for a stereo shop show car, and the style is is a Strosek style fiberglass slant nose wide body, and is good with that in mind (being fiberglass). The paint is actually better than you would expect - see pics. Absolutely rust free - none. No evidence of body damage anywhere.
Has period correct Rial mesh wheels, and BF Goodrich G-sport tires with less than 500 miles on them. Interior is clean and presents well. It has MB Quart speakers and components, but with a modern head unit that has blue-tooth, etc. Suspension, steering and brakes are all excellent and ready to go.
The engine was built for boost, and has an MSD boost retard ignition system to work with the Paxton Blower. The supercharger was JUST rebuilt - less than 100 miles on it - have receipt. Comes with a binder that has copies of previous titles, some maintenance history and info on the components used in its build. This thing is fast and lots of fun. Between the sport muffler and the blower, it sounds awesome.
For the price, you can"t touch something this custom or funky by building. Actually, it would be hard to get into a stock one for this price. It does need a little bit of TLC, mostly from sitting - it hasn"t been driven much in the past 10 years. The fuel injection can be finicky sometimes - when it gets hot, it can cut out, and if you floor it, it gets over-rich and stumbles. If you just lay into the throttle as you go, it builds about 5-6psi of boost here at 6250ft altitude and accelerates really well! At sea level it would be more like 7+psi of boost. I have videos of it making boost. You can get in it and drive it right now, but to be a really awesome car, it should have the injection dialed in a little better, and maybe an intercooler or water-methanol injection added (I have a system on a 930 turbo). For a Porsche enthusiast looking for a Miami Vice type car for loud and obnoxious fun, it"s perfect and a smoking deal in this NO RESERVE AUCTION.
$1000 Deposit due within 24 hours of auction end. Balance due by wire transfer or cashiers check within 7 days. Cash in person also acceptable.
If car cannot be paid for and picked up within 7 days, storage fees of $100 per week will accrue.
I specialize in vintage and vintage-look lights, wheels, steering wheels, seats, etc. The cool stuff for old Euro (and Japanese) cars. My inventory changes, so check back often.
