Vehicle description
This is a RHD 1991 Nissan Figaro in Emerald Green (one of four "season" colors that were offered - spring) Production was limited to just 20,000 units for the JDM 1991 model year. They were "sold out" instantly & had 3 times that many orders. I bought the car in running poorly condition and decided to convert it to Electric drive or at least another engine. And that"s where we are. Engine is out completely as well as the gas tank & fuel lines. Some wiring related to the engine & the heater core is out as well. What"s left is great starting point for a project car.
It has about 206,000 km (128,000 miles) Like new tires although they are older. Interior is fairly clean. Some sticky plastics, dash top has cracks & needs restoration, some rust near hood rear corners and at the rear window under the vinyl (typ. spot). Also, some of the chrome is chipped at the taillights and light surface rust on bumpers. All electronics were & should still work with a 12v battery hooked up. Some spots of the clear coat are peeling. I"ll probably add a walk around video to show the condition better. It comes with highly desirable original key & an OEM copy. Also has an operating OEM Figaro radio. The top works good and is water tight but some shrinking is happening (another typ. condition with these). Generally, it"s on par with any Figaro that has been sold on Bring-A-Trailer. Just minus an engine.
