Vehicle description

For sale is a 1980 Ford Mustang. As we know Notchback foxbodys are getting harder and harder to find especially within the year of this car. This Mustang is all stock and is all original with the exception of the pony wheels. The Mustang is a V6 Automatic. . This car is a good canidate to restore back to original condition or perfect for a v8 swap. Details about the car are as follow.
The car sat for several years upon myself purchasing it several months ago. Car runs and drives but needs some work before being road worthy. Known issues that need addressed are. . water pump (current one leaks). .some of the lights are burned out and some of the gauges do not work (unsure of why). Turn signals, Brake lights, and wipers all work as they should
The body of the car is in pretty good shape with no dents or dings except for the hood which has some minor blemishes. All glass in good shape with no blemishes or breaks. All windshield and Back glass chrome trim to include the drip rail moldings are in very good condition. Front bumper has one small hold in it which should be fairly easy to fix. Rear bumper cover should be replaced as it is warped in a few places and doesnt look the greatest. The only rust issues on the car that will require attention are around the sunroof and on the front floor boards. Other than that the car is rust free. .The frame rails and strut towers are very clean. I just installed 4 new tires on the car as well as made repairs to the brakes so they now work as they should.
The interior of the car needs some love but it isnt hateful. Someone in the past attempted to either dye or spray paint the door panels and it is now flaking off. The front and rear seats present decent but should be either recovered or simply replaced. Amazingly the dash pad is in exceptional shape with no cracks or fading. Car has manual windows and door locks. I have a clean and clear WV title for the car.
To sum it up its a good little car that needs a little love. For those of us who appreciate and honor the Foxbodys this would be a great car to fix up and restore or turn it into one bad a$$ street machine. If you have any other questions about the car please feel free to ask. If I get the buy it now price I will include in the sale a good running 302 that I removed from my 84 GT.
Buyer is responsible for shipping or pick up of the vehicle.
