About this vehicle This 1980 Chevrolet Camaro is a restored vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details 1980 Chevrolet Camaro Berlinetta. Up for sale is this stunning 1980 Chevy Camaro this is a Very clean and solid car with a beautiful interior. It has 11,007 miles on it, it was in storage for many years. This car has been reconditioned from the ground up the frame still has alot of the original ziebart rust protection and includes subframe connectors and Lakewood traction bars. All 4 tires/rims are new, the rear being NOS Daytona Sports. The wheels are brand new US Racing 69s. The fuel tank, 3/8 sending unit in the fuel tank, the fuel lines, and most of the brake lines have all been replaced. As for the engine it is a 1970 350 that was removed from a 70 El Camino we still have access to so we know it's history. The engine was rebuilt a few years back by a local machine shop/engine builder and runs very strong. The transmission is a 350 hydramatic with a mild shift kit and the rear end is the factory 10 bolt with factory 3.56 gears. The custom body work on this car was all done in house. We have driven this car approximately 100 miles and it is a wild ride! They're just a few issues to mention one being that the heater blower motor only works on the low speed setting and one of the dash lights has a tendency to stay on so after 2 or 3 days of sitting the battery may get low and need charged. Some of the weatherstripping could be replaced. Thanks for checking it out.
