Item Activity Description 1 Bodywork Undercarriage and frame were pressured cleaned, grinded where needed, wire brushed, sanded, applied rust protection and painted. Cut off tub and replaced with brand new one. Replaced body mounts and bushings. 2 Paint Stripped old paint, 2 layers of auto primer, 2 coats of paint and 2 of clear coat and sealer 3 Electrical Pulled complete harness and fuse box. It was inspected and fixed where needed 4 Mechanical Brakes: replaced complete system. All wheel cylinders are either new or refurbished. Drums were resurfaced, Brake pads are new Brake lines are new, Engine: top end overhauled, oil pressure and compression tests done. 120 PSI or better in each cylinder Cooling system: new radiator, new hoses. Drive train: Upgraded Transmission H42F and transfer case which were opened and inspected, fluids were changed. Differential oil was replaced. Fuel tank and fuel lines are new. Exhaust system: all gaskets replaced and rear pipe is new. Suspension system: replaced shocks, changed all bushings in shackles Steering system: replaced original stabilizer. 5 Upholstery All seats are new, except for the frame.
