About this vehicle This 1979 Porsche 924 is an original. The owner has had it for 4 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for car shows. Vehicle Details Extremely rare Sebring 79 924 Porsche these were a limited production to commemorate Porsche’s success in racing this is one of the few left and possibly the best one in existence. this is if a California survivor car never rusty at all or abused. the paint is very nice with very minor blemishes other that a small chip on front bumper as seen not sure if it was ever repainted .the rare plaid interior is in excellent condition the stripes were recently replaced with nos i found from Germany the engine runs well and the the 5 spd shifts greet 4 wheel disc brakes are excellent. This particular car came with the rare 15” 5 lug rims to accommodate the brakes everything functions as it should other than the fuel gauge there are a couple of inherant problem that 924s can have, the shifter rods rattle a little and sometimes the car won’t restart until it cools down research tells me it’s a thermal switch that’s cuts the fuel off to prevent flooding. It slwsys restarts after cooling down a bit Porsche collectors here’s your chance at a rare one body else has in exceptional condition. Reason I’m selling is I had a recent stroke and it’s hard to drive a stick now. Clear Kentucky title no warranty and keep in mind it’s an old car so has minor Petena but this is a good one!
